So this is what happened after I watched the Hobbit! I guess it might make a tiny bit more sense for those who have watched it...
She's not one of the characters but she kind of appeared out of random blobs of colour put on the page. I normally do a sketch first but not with this one.
Anyway! I hope you like! Happy New Year to all! Hope you have the greatest year! ^_^
This is a gorgeous portrait, no doubt about it. The only things I would have changed are the perspective of the nose (I would make it a bit more down-turned) and I would close her mouth, as it makes her appear slightly confused. The dragon scales and tail on a beautiful blonde-haired, blue-eyed siren makes the traditionally science fiction traits... gentle. Her striking bone structure and Bond girl-esque sexuality make this an unusually sensual portrait. To top it all off, the smoky textures around the edges of the picture make it seem like fire that the subject breathed herself.

Overall, a wonderful picture.
